Well ever try DMAE? I've been taking the liquid (10 drops a.m. in water) and it helps with concentration. Especially since we sit behind desks all day.
I took it last year pill form but I think so far it seems to really help lately since I started it back up.
Food for thought. The topic is tough stuff so you can only do so much before your brain wants to explode. I find now going back and teaching at the school just how much left the brain and how much I didn't even pick up. It's just something you have to do over and over to get a bit more each time. Totally understandable!
I'm proud of you for going back to school and doing this :rose:
