I just saw you and your hair is way curly to go straight. I think straightening it and then standing up on stage, sweating, or what not, your hair may start to frizz and wave. You can always try it out and see how your hair will react to sweating by doing it and wearing it to the gym or running on the tread anything to get your sweat going. The only thing that would be missing would be the lights.
I like you with your hair up. I think it looks simple but elegant and gives you a more 'model' appearance. I liked it the day you wore it to the gym with a few pieces down and the back was all curly.
The color depends on what spectrum you want to turn too. I think my shade of red last year kinda blended in with the tan. I wasn't exactly over joyed with it. So if you want red I would go low lights twice before the show. You could go blonde.... but I think if you go blonde you will need to color your hair all over like your root color and then get blonde thin low/high lights placed through it. I think the blonde shade naturally will wash you out. The red gives you some more color and warms you up. The blonde on stage may be better because it will be against tan skin and then you have the rest of the body.. you'll look like a blonde playboy model ;)
So it depends on if you are going for a moment change... or if you want to change it to be more suitable for every day wear and suited on stage.

Anddd.. I agree no scissors!!!

random thought... That reminds me, I have to go to the post office to pick up something that was too big for my little mail box (:verygood: ) and I swear for a sec I thought it said 'broke back buddy' LMFAO... Im curious now haha

Diet - So the ambienCR seriously made me ravenous so I ate some Triscuits & drank crystal Light last night... thankfuilly it wasn't horrible & prolly ended up at 12 x bw last night ... adjusted meals today to eat every 2.5 hours to see if that helps a bit ... 10 to 11 x bodyweight range = ~1700-1900 cals 40/30/30
Mood - You know how you feel when you resolve something that has been eating at you for months?? Well, THAT is how I feel right now, yee friggin haw ...
Workout – Day one cardio down, 3 more to go (at least)
Soreness – My migraines have come back again... been lingering, etc. I am going to get my eyes checked out again, maybe this weekend, I have to see if my mom can come with me since Im broke, how sad... :rolleyes:

Not a big fan of the Mrs. Dash tomato basil garlic... your meal plan sounds tasty though. I get dizzy when I try to read while doing cardio :worried:

Mom coming with is far from sad B. That is awesome, and could you imagine what you would do for your own child...

On the migranes, how often....linger is not a good word for these IMO. Wifey gets them monthly, but they are around her period and last about 2 days so she has a handle on them.

On the hair I gotta go w/ Sarge... for one he is the man, and for two I feel he has an agenda !!!!!!
