as you all know steak is crucial while bulking, I have some doubts about articles you see online saying burning too much steak makes it look nutritional value and way harder for you body to digest, opinions please
 
Burning steak causes carcinogens to form on the meat but it does not change the nutritional profile of the meat in any way.

Eating burnt food is never healthy so cook your meat until it's well done but not burnt.

If you are struggling to cook your steak perfectly, invest in a food thermometer to use during cooking.
 
Better undercook it a bit, rather than overcook. I have a russian friend, who has a saying - if it is warm, it can be raw! So better undercook things a bit if you are in doubt.
