Hey ladies, I was wondering if anyone on here had the link to Brick Girl's ab progression site? I really enjoy how supportive you ladies are of each other. I might actually start a thread on here with my cutting progression.

Thanks for the links ladies. I really think those pictures are pretty inspirational. Right now I am just seeing how low I can get while keeping my LBM. I hate eating this way haha. Why do all the good tasting foods have to be bad for my goal!?!

RE: good tasting food being bad for you --- UH NO!! It doesn't have to be that way...... if you need some ideas for adding flava, lemme know or check out my "Recipe Thread!" above..... feel free to ask me any ? too....

I know what you're saying ;)

You need to make eating clean & healthy a part of your lifestyle. When you achieve your goal, you want to keep it right?

It's not like once you get there you can go back to old unhealthy eating habits which inhibited your progress in the 1st place.

Yeah I typical am a pretty healthy eater to begin with, but right now I am taking it very seriously. I want to see just how lean I can get. My diet right now consists of a lot of tun, chicken and lean beef. Mix in some whey protein and some whole wheat cheerios or grits for breakfast and I am set.

I am definetly seeing some changes. I am getting much more vascular and leaner through the middle. The chest is starting to shape out very nicely. This week I am starting to sprint with one of the guys I work out with 3 mornings a week. I really think that will help lean me out more.

I know you ladies have a lot of knowledge on diets and whatnot so if you have any general or specific suggestions I am totally open to them.

Again, if you want some ideas to spice up your food, check out my "Recipe Thread!" or if you want some specific ideas -- ask on a thread or PM me..... I like to cook & adjust recipes to fit our BBing lifestyle, so lemme know.....

My recipe for Lime Chicken & "Chicken Piccata" are both pretty good....
