Yeah I typical am a pretty healthy eater to begin with, but right now I am taking it very seriously. I want to see just how lean I can get. My diet right now consists of a lot of tun, chicken and lean beef. Mix in some whey protein and some whole wheat cheerios or grits for breakfast and I am set.
I am definetly seeing some changes. I am getting much more vascular and leaner through the middle. The chest is starting to shape out very nicely. This week I am starting to sprint with one of the guys I work out with 3 mornings a week. I really think that will help lean me out more.
I know you ladies have a lot of knowledge on diets and whatnot so if you have any general or specific suggestions I am totally open to them.
