so i'm at the stage where i like the amount of muscle i have in my arms, but i would just like to get more cut. i've upped the cardio a little bit. now should i keep lifting as heavy as i was or drop the weight a little bit and add more reps in? which do u think will work best...i have this fear that if i drop the amount weight too much i'll lose muscle...thanks all.
 
let's just say that the diet needs a lot of tweaking at the moment...i know what i gotta do; it's just a matter of motivating myself completely and getting serious.
