Some girl just asked me today whether or not yogurt was harmful. I said yes but it seems to be a huge source of her calcium intake. Her body also looks normal at this point. Could it be said that the yogurt is doing more good than harm so therefore its consumption should be continued? Or should I be stricken from the diet. What bodyfat percentage would you say would allow a girl to have a defined stomach, I totally don't know their normal ranges or definition ranges, I have a better idea of males' though.

High carb, high fat. Fructose loaded, added sugar. It seems like sugared milk. I dunno, I just didn't think it was productive for cutting. I could be wrong.

Well, due to the high sugars, etc in yogurt.....it's normally not recommended for cutting HOWEVER, it is very useful to women as the bacteria in yogurt actually prevents some "women problems."

She may want to keep it to 1 container per day & choose her brand carefully......

No fat (plain) yogurt is actually poor in lactose, w/o added sugar and 0% fat

If you intake any foods/drinks which are "hard" on your body like fast food and alcohol, yogurt is great in moderation. It feeds and regenerates the helpful bacteria in your intestines.

Yogurt is healthy orb. If you get plain lowfat or not fat yogurt it has little or no saturated fat, and is an extremely low GI carb.

While on bed rest (no hard physical activity or exercise of any type) for my injury for over two weeks I was eating two of the large 1 qt containers of it a day as part of my diet, I lost a noticable amount of bodyfat on it. Yogurt is a great food on a cutting diet.
