I'm not going to say that 1-AD was responsible for the gains, because honestly I don't know. It's not like I had the same diet prior to taking 1-AD. I ate my ass off while on it because I wanted to get the "full effect". Unfortunately eating my ass off meant that some of the foods I ate weren't the best foods (Arbys Big Montana with fries and a diet coke for example) so I did gain some fat. But in my mind I was ready to go go for higher reps or higher weights for every for every workout. Take it for what it's worth.
I'd say I got better results from taking a total of 9 per day so that's why I'd like to bump it to 12, BUT DAMN THAT'S EXPENSIVE.
Regarding stomache pains, I noticed that for like 2 days, then poof! gone.
