pwo carb options?

For pwo , I am using CFM whey protein Isolate form protein factory because they are the only place that sells bulk CFM. What is the best pwo carb for replacing glycogen and transporting creatine mono? I see alot of dextrose/malodextrin combo's and alot of people swear by waxy maize. Is there really a difference you feel using waxy maize compared to dextrose/malodextrin or is it just hype?

p.s. please don't say something like just use oats. I am talking about a serious pwo carb combo. I am looking at 75 g pwo +creatine.
 
i use dex.. but am considering the waxy maize.. can't get a good feed back / experience from anyone i know that have the same goals as i do..

so i'll probably just go ahead and do the switch..
 
im using wms & im feeling better pumps. so i'd say go for it @least for 2 weeks.


my pwo regimen is 75g wms + 10g leucine + flavoring system.

15-20 min later wpi or wph
 
Bro I've always used equal parts dextrose/maltodextrin. The fact is the glycemic index of maltodextrin is what you need from a carb PWO.

My PWO:

20 min (high metabolism)

75-50-50 |Whey protein isolate-Maltodextrin-Dextrose|
BCAA's
Creatine
Small serving fruit (cantalope, honey doo, pinapple)

45-1 hour

As much NPB I can stick between three pecies of bread
Plain oats
 
Can someone give me some examples of PWO foods with dextrose to get those carbs in? I'm having trouble! Gatorade powder has dextrose sugar (not already bottled), thats about all I can find.
