Following on from yesterday's workout...
Military Press
Bar x 3
66 x 3
88 x 3
110 x 3
132 x 3
154 x 3 PR
165 x 1
176 x 1 PR
Close-grip Bench Press
154 x 5 x 5
Explosive Pushups
BW x 3 x 8 (8 sets of 3 reps)
Had to fight SO hard to get the 176 military up. Glad I did though. Close-grip was EASY. Explosive pushups are fun, and a great alternative to speed benches.
Ok, I'm 170lbs today. I'm going to be 185lbs by August 1. Paper thin skin can wait.
