Thoughts: Pretty big before bed meal. I have been waking up at 3am dying of starvation, so I just had too. Protein intake was pretty solid today. Too many bread calories though.... ughhh.... even if it whole wheat, it just aint the same as oats or rice.

Trained shoulders, traps today. Went pretty good.

I don't like your diet as it is currently laid out. You are deficient in EFA's, and your n-6 to n-3 ratio is too high. Also you are using too much whey that is not for a post workout meal, thus most of it is just converting into glucose anyways, so you should could at least half of it as carbs instead of protien.

Yeah, I need to start adding like 2 tbsp of flax or fish oil per day.

I should clarify I have my PWO shake, and then my next meal is like 45 minutes later (whole food, whole protien).

You not a fan of the PWO shake???

I go shakeless while dieting, different story at other times though.

(And yeah I know whole food protein is superior). I'm gonna try and limit my shakes to 2 per day.

Usually 45 minutes before.

Good man. Even when cutting I get up and eat at 2 and 3 am most of the time. If your body actually needs the glycogen and amino acids to rebuild muscle tissue at the time you are eating them, it will not convert them into body fat while sleeping. The key word there being "IF".

i also have about 2-3 tblsp of flax oil per day, the only problem is it kinda makes the calories add up after a while. Same with anpb

You set your alarm, or you just wake up and eat? AND I was concerned with eating around 8:30 is I'm crashing at 9pm......hmmm....
