I have really been taking a hit in eating lately.
I get my protien everday -- 300grams, no prob at all.
Cals are a bit of a problem though. Nearing 5500-6000 day. Way too much for being 200pds.
I am eating way too much, and way too many junk calories. I am hoping this will make me smartin up in my ways -- afterall, I would feel guilty posting the shit I have been eating lately on here.
So come tomorow, its a new ballgame. Wish me luck.
