I'm trying to figure out the best way to make something I can eat all the time, without having to worry about preparing it every single day.
Specifically for a bulking cycle, but I'm trying to keep it clean and dont want to gain much fat weight.
So far I bought wheat ( brown ) flour, low fat milk, eggs, oats, extra virgin olive oil, protien powder ( chocolate flavour ), powdered ginger, cinnamon, and almonds. I also have some glutamine powder that I plan to throw in there as well.
Any ideas on what I can/should throw in there?
Or maybe other similar ideas?
