**** Protein Pills? ****

Amino Acids are the building blocks of protein. But they do not equal each other. When there are incomplete proteins thats when the amino acids step in and replace the missing amino's so that the protein chain can continue. Not smart to supplement amino's only with no protein.

Are you sure you want to supplement with 225 mg of protein. Not a lot of protein that you would be taking in 225 mg = .225 grams. Thats not good.
They also have protein ccokies and protein bars which taste really good if you get the right kinds.
 
i heard that all those protein cookies and bars really contain no protein and are all just fat or empty calories is that true?
 
probably not. You cant say something has protein in it when it is advertised as having protein. do you ever read the nutrition label on things. you should start.
 
Bro where do you work?.....dont they have some kind of cafe or break area.......shit when I first started college Ibrought a fuckin blender with me in my car.....when i wanted a shake...i plugged it in right by the fridge in the schools cafe........sure i got some laughs, but who cares.....got the protien in.....these people were geeks anyway...

besides that......do what i do..buy chicken breasts in bulk and/or tuna.........prepare a bunch at a time so all you have to do is grab a few and go......if u eat tuna plain....well then there ya go.......lets see right now i have about 20 marinating in my fridge (marinating in myoplex shake..lol).....

yeah and about the aminos.....dont sub them for protien.....only add them to the complete protiens.......

drink some skim milk too.....what is it like 8g per glass....not much, but its only like 12g carbs.....
