Wanted to get some input an opinions from anyone
Been training 5 years

176cm
10% bf
Age 23
Just started new cycle
With my diet I've pumped the protein up to around 300-400 a day it's big I know but it's working
Anyway carbs I've been trying to keep around the 100-200 mark I'm trying to cut up any thoughts on this
Majority of my carb intake is obviously at breakfast before I train and after I train
