haha, I was thinking the same thing. And in just two shakes too. Holy shit! I've gotta say, totally unnecessary. Your body is only absorbing a FRACTION of that. Maybe 50-75 grams if you are drinking all that at once. The rest is waste, and in this case waste that is making you bloated, full and not able to eat later when you need to. Cut that shake in half. Maybe in fourth.
Well, it does depend on the individual, and how much the body is calling for protein at that time. However, I'd say that within the window of an hour "most" people are going to max out between 50(average)-75(high) grams that is usable. Feel free to tell me if I am wrong. I do not think that I am.

50-75g of protein per sitting is a stretch...it's more like 40-60 (at most), of course everyone's metabolism / needs differ.
I agree with the psyllium fiber... I use NOW's psyllium fiber... check out bodybuilding.com ... they have it in capsules or powder. Twice a day, and you're MOVING
Also, are you eating every 2-3 hours? That will ensure optimal metabolism, allowing you to eat as much as you're looking to eat.
