I agree with those that say get most of your protein from real food.
IMO this is just as easy and convenient as drinking shakes.
I cook four chicken breasts at a time and eat those fuckers cold, with no utensils, while I'm driving my car if I have to. I boil a dozen eggs and take them everywhere. A 1L carton of milk is portable protein. The list goes on and on.
If you are bloated for hours after a shake, something is wrong. After a shake I'm starved in 10 mins, as if I didn't eat at all. Anything more than about 60g protein per serving gives me gas.
