Could scar tissue be a problem too? Possibly. I would think about trying this: 1. Before injecting, draw up the Winstrol and expel back into the vial several times, preferably with a smaller needle than you will be using to inject with. 2. Try changing injection sites. It is not clear if the problem is with one glute or both. If only one, switch to the other. If both, try Quads. Glute injections are more difficult from a biomechanical standpoint (assuming you are injecting yourself). 3. It sounds like you are injecting 1cc. Try using a 1cc syringe. You can generate more pressure this way. A word of caution, though. Most of these have the "push on" tips, not the Luer-lock tips -- so make sure the needle is on good. More than once, I've seen the needle pop off from the pressure - spraying the contents of the syringe all over your butt!! If you use the 1cc insulin syringe, you can still change to the larger guage needle. (by the way, your post sounds like you are having problems with the 23 guage needles - Is this right? You aren't using the 25g needles at this point, are you?) 4. If you encounter resistance during the injection, advance the needle slightly. Try aspirating again, the try to inject. Wish I could be of more help, and give a definitive answer on this, but this is somewhat puzzling. Hope this helps
