I take T-300 before workouts (JetFUEL T-300 by GAT at Bodybuilding.com - Lowest Prices on JetFUEL T-300!) and half a scoop of creatine with 8 ozs. of water. The T-300 gives me severe jitters and makes me sweat. C'mon guys, I'm sure a couple of you can give some serious answers.
