Hi,
I tried to post this already but my connection gave out so if i double post please ignore this.
Im after advice regarding post work out nutrition.
A shake directly after, cheaper the better but i want to know the correct content and macro breakdown (60carbs 40 protien?).
if anyone can offer advice or a link thats would be great
