you
Mine are too while shedding some fat. So you use simple sugar carbs PWO. I wonder if the body effeciantly burns those carbs instead of storing them as fat.

You do not have to worry about simple carbs PWO making you fat.

Unless your taking in 100gr+.

PWO meal #1 is shake with dextrose (take with ALA) which immediatley replenishes glycogen in muscles.
PWO meal #2 is real food ex: chicken breasts and oatmeal/white rice

either pwo shake 44 grams of whey in gatorade, or chicken breasts and gulp a gatorade...i really dont buy into the whole overuse of whey protein thing

i eat a lobster tail and a small whit potato. also slam a sugarless red bull down.

does anyone do the ridiculous 100g whey 100g dextrose shake after workout? this seems completely unnecessary and waste...eat real food people!!

2 shakes/day max IMHO. Granted each shake usually has 50-60g of protien each, but I hear about ppl drinking like 4 shakes a day.
