I'm 45 yrs old, I had surgery to repair a tearin my meniscus, 2 weeks ago and I have begun to weight training 3 days a week, swim 4000m, yoga and eliptical 30 min. My goal is to run at a high level again I consistently ran sub 19min 5k's beforet the injury. Ive always beenn fascinated with steroids but never had a reason to try them. Can anyone give me advice on which will help with recovery and building the strength back into my knee.
