i decided to try something new so i did it the way i always do to see how it really works. for the last 3 days i have eaten 1 cup of post grape nuts cereal with every meal thats 8 total meals 800g of carbs on the two days that where training days i added a 70g serving of high sugar fruit juice post w/o for the insulin spike. and first meal of the day i add 8oz of oj. not only did it digest great and not keep me full for to long but my energy level went up a little bit. i usually eat a variety of whole grain foods throughout the day. i will definately start eating grape nute at least once a day.
