I always like to mix things up with my training splits. I have done different splits and currently this is my favorite one.
M- chest tri
T- back bi
W- shoulders/traps
TR- legs
F-Rest
SA- Chest Back and some bicep tricep (all supersets)
SU- rest
Was debating on doing a Pull/Push/Legs/Rest rotation hitting each group twice every 8 days..
I know it's all up to the person and different for everyone but am just reaching out on thoughts and opinions.
What's your favorite split and why?
