I read a few things lately on hurting the rotator cuffs in your body. Well, two years ago I remember I was practicing flips for martial arts, and I landed on my right shoulder pretty hard. I haven't had problems with it since except one thing I noticed after that day. Ever try to reach behind and up your back, to touch your shoulder blades? Not overhead, but put you arm along the small of your back, palm facing away from your body, then curl it upwards to try and touch your blades. I used to be able to do this with both arms. Now my right has alot of trouble getting there (actually it can't reach the blades) whereas my left reaches quite high up, and has no strain whatsoever. Anything I should look into?

i've read that when doing these for flexibility, one arm is usually more flexible than the other
