Please give me a brief day to day list of your workout program for the week - ie. what you do each day and how much you rest in between muscle groups. I am trying to see what routines people are using. Thanks
day 1 - chest, delts, triceps
day 3 - quads
day 5 - back, biceps, forearms
day 7 - hamstrings, calves, abs
day 9 - repeat
* cardio done 2 times a week at a moderate pace.
for further note im bulking right now. when im leaning out i add mre cardio and have less resta days as well. this is what works for me. everyone is different though so u have to find out what works best for you
