hello i am in college and i find it hard to eat 6x meals a day.....no time.......i am trying to loose some fat on the lower stomach and i was wondering 6xmeals really matter, what if i have like 3 or 4meals a day that add up to 1500cals or 1800 cals needed .............
also what kinda carbs are good i am not looking to get cut up or something just loose lower stomach and i was wondering if this carbs are good
wholewheat bread
whole wheat pasta
oatmeal
sweet potato
veggies-Broccoli,spinach,red kidney beans,tomatoe???
are this good source of carbs,i hear alot about stay away from pasta and wholewheat bread?? how is this gonna effect my dieting to loose lower stomach i plan on doin AM lifting and like 10-20mins cardio followed on empty stomach before i head to my class's plz help on which carbs i can eat plz plz
