Hello I've been advised of a cycle and am just wanting clarification from you guys,
First of all abit of info about me;
- I'm 20 years old at 5 ft 6" and currently weigh 9 st (I won't be taking this cycle on till I have reached at least 10 st as advised)
I've been training around 3 years but only have been taking it seriously in the past year or so.
Here is the cycle, if you have any tips or think this cycle is just stupid i'll appreciate you letting me know, I'd rather appear thick on here than regretting taking this on and getting no where!

W1 1ml Sustanate and 1ml Deca twice a week
W2 1ml Sustanate and 1ml Deca twice a week
W3 1ml Sustanate and 1ml Deca twice a week
W4 1ml Sustanate and 2ml Deca twice a week
W5 Monday - 1ml propriate, 1ml sustanate and 2ml deca Friday - 1ml prop & 2 ml deca
W6 2ml prop twice a week
W7 2ml prop once this week
W8 wednesday 2ml prop
W9 monday 1ml prop
W10 saturday 1ml prop
8 weeks off
