Please Rate these "Lunches" - Chinese Food

I have lunch everyday at work.

I have my meals there. I keep them clean. Only really sloppy meal is breakfast because of the 1 strip of bacon. lol.

Lunch time i usually get STEAMED Chicken/Brocholie w/ sauce on the side from the chinese food place. Its 4.50 for this w/ Brown rice and free soup or soda so its cheap/healthy

BUT HOW healthy is it?

These are my main meals that i like.

Chicken/Mixed Veggies w/ brown rice
Chicken/Broccoli w/ brown rice

Im getting bored of these,

I LOVE BONELESS SPARE RIPS.
I want to order the spare ribs w/ brown rice but i hold out because i dont know how healthy it is. Anyone can enlighten me?
 
chinese usually makes me bloat because of all of the Salt and MSG. Tell them no MSG and go lightly on the salt. Otherwise the steamed chicken and broccoli with rice is pretty healthy when you get the sauce on the side and don't drown it in sauce.

The spare ribs are normally just drowning in sugar and salt. I love em too, but they are more of a cheat food, IMO.

yea thats what i was thinking, the boneless ribs are the cheat meal =[

im cutting so i cant play around too much w/ multiple cheat meals. few are oke, just dont want to slip up during the week too much.
