Okay here is the situation. I have a pretty decent muscular chest and I am happy with. I had gyno removed so there is no fat in there. My dilemma is that I want my chest to shrink down a tad bit and tone up instead of being so protruding. I wanted to know that when I start my cardio in the next week or two, will my chest shrink in size and tone up or no? I am going to watch what I eat and run at least 30 mins a day for 5 days a week, besides doing lighter workouts with more reps. Should I stop chest workouts all together to help with the shrinking, or doing lighter weights with more reps? Plus I want to get that cardio breeze kit for $145. Will this work, can I be helped at all.
