please critique my training routine

yes but that is not the point i have been doing countless hours of research and have been a member of boards such as this from the beginning,im very educated on the topic and i havent got any sides from it
 
That is fuckin' loonacy.

Your test levels are already sky high at present.

You're just doing yourself in mate, and after only 3 years training. I don't care how much you know about it, that is just dumb.

But it's your body and i don't give a shit quite frankly.

The reason i asked was because if you were young[which you are] and relatively new to lifting [you're slightly more advanced it seems] then your powers of recouperation would prolly be able to take 4 days continuous training. It may be a completely different stroy for low octane...
 
good point ,eveyrone is different ,its all trial and error

i know how most people are against teens on gear but this is doing wonders for me,i havent felt so good about myself before,i feel like a god on this stuff,and its getting my closer to where i want to be,thats all that matters in the end
 
i would never tell anybody my age to juice,mainly because i know how kids my age are,very undedicated and think roids are magic
 
im 20, been training hard for about a year and a half. starting bodywieght=145, bodywieght now=170 just started first cycle beginning of september. im on about a 3500-4000 calorie a day diet with about 300-350 grams of protien. im up 5 pounds in 3 weeks, from d-bol alone (not by choice, but by a total fuck up on my part). also, about the amended routine-- im not a fan of doing back and bis together, chest and tris is ok, but when i do back and bis i cant hit my bis hard enough.
 
Whoever tells you that flatbench is a better excersie than incline bench has no fucking idea what they are talking about!!!!!!!!


Incline isolates the pec a hell of a lot better!!!!!

You should be looking to do a chest day such as this:

incline press x 4
incline flies x 3
flatbench x 3
high cables x3

do once a week, all sets to failure, and you'll grow like a weed!
