im 20, been training hard for about a year and a half. starting bodywieght=145, bodywieght now=170 just started first cycle beginning of september. im on about a 3500-4000 calorie a day diet with about 300-350 grams of protien. im up 5 pounds in 3 weeks, from d-bol alone (not by choice, but by a total fuck up on my part). also, about the amended routine-- im not a fan of doing back and bis together, chest and tris is ok, but when i do back and bis i cant hit my bis hard enough.
