Just started cycle. Going for lean solid gains, don't care much for a shiload of weight gain on this one. I want to lose bf and put on solid muscle. Also more definition in the abs.
Meals:
[1] 3 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1/2 cup gritz, 25g whey, fish oils
[2] 6-8 oz chicken breast, sweet potato
[3] 6-8 oz chicken breast, greek salad
[4] Pre workout- 25g whey, banana
[5] Post workout- 50g whey, creatine, glutamine, 16oz gatorade or 40g waxy maize
[6] chicken breast or hard boiled eggs, or steak, salad or sweet potato on higher carb days
[7] 25g whey, 1/2cup cottage cheese, flax oil

Should I add or subtract anything??
 
Total Cals? Fat/ protein/ carb brealdown?

What are you maintenance cals?

Focus on eitherc fat loss or LBM gain - one or tyhe other.

i would take the carbs from [2] and add them to [4]. i would also drop the shake from [4] and add some fish. i would make the sweat tater in meal [6] a verry small portion. take fish oil throughout the day.
