With your frame it looks to me like you need to do some serious eating. You look like you have more of an ectomorphic frame, yet you could still fill out considerably. Your chest looks as if it is by far you best bodypart (nothing wrong with that though), your legs could use some work though. Somebody said your pics didn't do you justice, I agree. At 5'7 a weight of 175 (with your leanness) is pretty decent sized. I do however think you should have put in a couple more years of work naturally and then you might have responded better to gear. I know it's a tired ole cliche, but you can't build a house without a foundation. I have lifted naturally for about 6 years and I am just now about to start my first cycle. As far as you saying you have bad genes, that just means you can't make as many mistakes as someone with better genetics. But you can still make considerabel strides. Keep up the good work brother!
 
I think you look a hell of a lot better leaner. Too much bulk in bulk pics. For pure asthetics, for your frame, if at all possible :), I'd really focus on developing delts that match your impressive chest. It looks just as full lean as it does when you're bulked. Lean is always better..imho :)

it looks like your doing good. your at the begining of some solid pec development. to pack some size on your frame, you should concentrate on compound movements, deadlifts, squats,and such. those movements will help thicken up some of your lagging bodyparts. also might want to do some heavier shoulder work. your looking good, just try some different things in your training. good luck:)

Ok firstly your lacking size on your shoulders and back, your arms need more work cant see to much of your legs. chest looks ok but your shoulders are letting you down for simertry..!

To me your shape looks a bit well your missing a prominate V im not being nasty.


Right i personally think you should change your training and diet

Firstly eat every hour on the hour stay full the whole day long but eat clean your food looks good from what i can see but with a diet that clean i was expecting you to be a bit more ripped than you are. so im guessing your not eating enough food and or your fat content of some of the food your eating is to high.

Right with your training u suggest you try this just for 8 weeks with eating lots of food.

Monday Chest:
Do no more than 5 types of excercise I do bench, incline fly, cables, flat fly etc do 4 sets of 16 drop set each set to failure.

Tuesday Arms: again no more than 5 excercises 4 sets per excercise and 16 reps drop setting pick 5 from your exsisting plan.

Wednesday Legs: again no more than 5 excercises 4 sets per excercise and 16 reps drop setting pick 5 from your exsisting plan.

Thursday Shoulders: again no more than 5 excercises 4 sets per excercise and 16 reps drop setting pick 5 from your exsisting plan.

Friday Back: again no more than 5 excercises 4 sets per excercise and 16 reps drop setting pick 5 from your exsisting plan.

saturday and sunday rest try and go as heavy as you can but complete all the reps per set you should be in alot of pain on the last set but complete it with a spot.

This worked really well for me when i was bulking up for my compitition in two weeks :)

Combine this with as much sleep as you can get and 200mg to 250mg of test and 200mg of deca for 8 weeks and post your pics again you will be alot bigger as long as you stick to it like super glue..!

If your not getting on with 16 reps drop down to 10 reps and always do your abs at the end of every workout dont do any cardio for the moment we can do that after your weight has gone up then bulk up again..!

HCG? Nolva? L-Dex? I think others will agree that you should stick to clomid for post therapy, run the L-Dex through the first half of your cycle if you are prone to bloat (which looks like the case from your pics, though I could be wrong because you were "bulking") and only use HCG if you want your potatoes to drop during or after your cycle. Judging from pics, if it were me, I would not run gear that makes me retain water- especially if you’re trying to get a lean look. You definitely don't have "suck" genetics, but obviously your not going to be a competitive body builder- most of us don't have those genetics, myself included. We just want to better the body that god gave us. You have a lot of tenacity and determination. Keep going bro! Just my .02
 
honestly i think that you should work on your off time training.....you dont need much when off juice.....i mean heavy sets with low reps, hit each body part with 3-4 good excersises....i.e. Bench then Incline and FLies and maybe pullovers..like 3x4-6 and then do some ab or a lil bit of secondary work like forearms, but i am a tall skinny guy and i get great results even when my diet is poor. You can get a good 6-8 weeks of just old style bench-squat-deadlift stuff not doing loads of set but more weight and see what happens. I think youll be supirsed. I get out of the gym in 45 mins and i put on 10-12 lbs in lil less than 3 months on this program every time almost....i always lose weight when i go on tour( im in band). Nice thing about that is i can rebuild however i want haha.... but it sucks for long term goals. I acutally follow a modified MAx-OT program from ast-ss.com, but when your are on you def can overtrain and your body will take it. Especially with sus haha. If anything you might wanna try 1-test or 1-AD because it gives you good lean mass, and then it will set you up with diet and training for the real deal haha. THats what i did except i was using nothing and then i start the 1-ad and i think i got loads better results cause i let my routine sink in.
 
For what it's worth

Dude, kudos to your willingness to have 'strangers' critique you. Everyone has their 'pet' bodyparts. Remember that our opinions can be subjective. (Personally, I think your wheels are okay) There's truth in all of these responses, but let me say this, there are only a finite number of people that can gain muscle and burn fat at the same time, at least to the degree that we all have in our minds. Otherwise, it's a constant state of flux. You have to decide, short term whether you want to get bigger or get leaner. From your pictures, I would say that you need to be eating, especially while cycling. It's what most of us do; get big, strong and a little chubby, then diet the fat away while trying to maintain what you've built.
I'm a terminal ectomorph. or hard gainer if you will. After years of trial and error I've discovered that heavy, short sets combined with a lot of eating will grow me pretty good. Then when I get sick of needing help to get out of bed or tie my shoes, I diet to see the hard work come through. There is about a six month period every year where I look and feel 'big' and can still take my shirt off at the beach without making anyone sick...that's my 2 cents, the details are your job.
 
Not wanting to sound like an ass, but wouldn't it be smarter to train for a good while before just going out and buying the drugs? I've always been under the impression that building a base before pharmacuticals always yields better results. Just my two cents. Just stick with it for now. Persistence and consistency are the two most important things. You live by those two words and I swear you won't need drugs at your level.

Now for a real critique and please take this positively.

I see no back shots, but from the front it looks like it could use some work. Theres a width problem from the front. Chest is in OK condition. Shoulders and arms need work though. Be amazed how much bigger your ARMS will look just by having better shoulders. They also lack alot of width. Throw some upright rows in after your shoulder presses and make sure you do a proper amount of side raises. Those are the areas that just stuck out to me. Everything else looks to be on the right track. Like I said, just stay with it. I'll be honest though, I don't think the drugs are necessary at this point unless you have a test problem. Save the money and go buy some steaks ;)
 
Damn, i'm jealous. You have the perfect build to start juicin'. I see you gaining a little fat in the stomach(which is to be expected), just becareful of that and watch what you eat. On my first cycle i took some bad advice. The kid told me to eat anything and everything, so i ate pizza and all that crap. Needless to say, i went from a 31 inch waist line to a 39inch waist line in a matter of 8 weeks. Now i have to bust my ass for 50min/day doing cardio and watching what i eat, just so i can get down to where you are now:( . I've been browsing the boards for a while now and i've talked to some people that compete at my gym and i believe i have gained a pretty good knowledge on training and diet. Now i'm in the process of following throw with it.


Keep a clean diet and you will thank yourself for it!

I suggest eating only steak, chicken, oatmeal, rice, use skim milk( that way you can eat more steak and what-not). If $$$ permits i would suggest getting egg beaters or "the amazing egg" to get all the protein and less of the cholesterol.

I would add more frequency to your training routine. I personally liked this routine myself.

Mon- Back/Biceps/abs
Tues- Chest/triceps/shoulders/calves
Wed- Legs/abs
Thurs- Back/biceps/abs
Fri- Chest/Triceps/shoulders/calves
Sat- Legs/abs
Sun- REST!!!!:p
