Do you think i will develop food allergies from all the chicken?
18 years old,5foot 10 inches, 225lbs...

Im currently cutting. Im in my first week of this diet. Protein is probably a little bit lower. I dont take 4 cans of tuna a day anymore just 1 at night. And a whey and casein mix mid morning....my bulk diet before this was 3,400 calories/258g protein/430g carbs/76g fats.....i put on alot of weight way to fast. Im 5ft 10in 225lbs. Bf is prolly 25% but i have no idea. So far this diet is working really good...

Carbs and fats are energy sources, your very low on both , and have lite room make adjustments . You may feel good right now and I'm sure your losing weight but you will eventually run out of gas. If you were one of my clients I would start you on 40% carbs 30% protein 30% fat, see how that goes on a week to week basis, and make adjustments as necessary , I personally just feel your starting out too low in the carbs and fats , most of which are coming from carbs in your shakes and fats in foods. You really need more solid carbs and fish oils, olive oils , flax ect.. Just trying to help out, there are many ways to skin a cat, as well as diet. This is just one approach I use frequently with success.
Take care

I take 4 fish oils a day so thats not added in. Also, all my carbs are coming from
Brown rice which is a complex carb. My 2 shakes i take have almost no carbs at all man..

I think he is saying you are having to little carbs in all, and that most of what you have listed is coming from your shakes which is not much. Fats are WAY to low IMO, but if thats how you wanna play it then it can be done that way. I would up the carbs and lower the protein though if you are going to go low fat as protein is not a good source of energy, unless you aren't lifting or doing any form of cardio burning out is bound to happen. You might get some energy in about 1-2 months from the upregulated catechomes (or whatever those ephedrine-like hormones in the body are called), but you will hit a wall when the CNS and thyroid get fried from over use.

Seeing you have like 440g protein and 120g carbs why not do something like 300g protein and 260g carbs? That would give you ample protein (>1.25xlb) and enough carbs so that you dont lose too much strength.

Thanks man
Good reply...the protein will lower bc some things are changed. But pre and post workout ill b sure to
Smash some more carbs ;)
