Sure solid55....lets see...recently..I threw my shirt on, just wanted to see where i was at...i hit a real easy 585 bench...i hit a 500 double..missed the 3rd rep at top, on fllor press..week before that, i hit 615 2 board press..no shirt, and the week before that, i was feeling pissey, almost had a 640 2 board..missed it at lockout...bent over rows..i hit 315 for sets of 8-10...you probably read my post on my torn patella tendon a year and a half ago..so my squats are now just getting back up...i just do reps, bodybuilding squats, 405 for 10 and when my knee feels good, ill hit 505 for 5 or 6...i did partial deads out of the racks a couple of weeks ago and popped 800 for 3 (from the knees up)
My biggest total, and this was in the late 80's, was 2015...805, 505, 705...mind you this is when all i was using was the old inzer z lock suit to squat in, the old cheesy single blast shirt..thats all they had then, and double gold line wraps....im really enjoying my comeback...and i have Ryan Kennelly to thank...i was just training and screwing around, and he moved to my town and lit a fire under my ass..he really motivated me! So if you read this Ryan, thanks for kicking me in the ass and getting me going, and getting me away from that bb shit!
