I do plan on getting more ripped, but at the same time I plan to maintain my muscle mass to produce a full and hard look. Diet is the most important aspect of any routine. Since I've changed my diet over the past 2 months and started eating good foods, it has made all the difference. I have good genetics, thank God for that.
And yes, I always had abs, and for me they are easy to maintain. I usually do weighted sit-ups to build them out and give them a muscular look.
