In general, I'm very happy with this cycle so far because when I started cutting, I weighed about 168, and now I weigh 165, after being on all this shit for one month. I was able to maintain most of my weight because I've been eating much more now than I was when I was bulking. I'm talking good foods, like the ones I listed above. Every now and then I'll get fast food, or maybe swing by Krispy Kreme for glazed dohnuts, but fuck it, a few times wont hurt, and it's actually good to shock your metabolism every now and then, especially if you're on a strict diet to shed fat because your body attemts to compensate for anything you try to do it. It's the same reason why most people change their workout every few months because they dont want their body to get used to the routine. The same thing applies to diet, and probably everything else in life.

I've been going on and off for the past 6 years. Holy shit! I did'nt realize it's been that long! This is the first cyle that I actually used cutting drugs, aside from that, for the past 5 years the only things I've used were test, d-bol, and deca. My partner got real strong last year from doing EQ and winny, so I figured I would give it a shot (pardon the pun!) This cycle is almost one month old, and I am already lifting heavier while maintaining good form, so it's definitely working.
