any reviews on this bread guys? it supposed to be healthier than wheat bread, it's Glysemic Index is way lower than any other breads, so this would be the perfect bread for my diet, if anyone's had it before let me know how good it is for dieting and where to buy it, thanks.

The problem with bread isn't the GI index, it's the wheat used to make the bread. Wheat is very inflammatory in the body. Even if you don't suffer from a gluten allergy, you will feel a lot better by removing gluten from your diet. Your digestive system will feel way better and you will also most likely notice clearer skin and improved energy levels.

A slice of bread here and there for the occasional cheat meal isn't anything to worry about but it's not something you should regularly include in your diet. Stick with gluten free unprocessed carbohydrate sources like brown rice, oatmeal, sweet potato etc.

If you like to make sandwiches, buy corn tortillas and use those as wraps instead of bread.

Even when dieting I consume regular bread with PB sandwiches. People overthink too much as essentially its calories in vs calories out.

And you will overpay for that bread, I am pretty sure

It is like the cola's - there is no such thing as diet cola, since it is just as bad for one's health, as the ordinary cola. The same thing happens with bread - no matter how you turn it around - bread is bread, and it is not really a beneficial food to eat. Therefore, try to exclude it from your diet to the extent of the possible.
