PED's in swimming(questions)

hi

I am a 19 year old male competitive swimmer

I am wondering what PED's would be best for improving recovery and maybe endurance. Mainly looking into this for being able to train more with a higher intensity.

drug testing is not an issue at the moment, but will be in the future.

I am thinking of starting 2-4 years time. not looking to put on weight, simply improve performance.

I am 6" an weigh 155, have recently lost some muscle on purpose( about 10-15 lbs) because this was unneccesary weight. musclegrowth is no problem for me and i can easily get to where i should be for my swimming naturally(around 180lbs in 4 years) i am only looking to be able to train more without getting any injuries.

im mean your own balls bro! make the most of our own stuff for as long as possible. add creatine or EAA's in but stay off peds for a few years, trust me on this one bro
