I am a 19 year old male competitive swimmer
I am wondering what PED's would be best for improving recovery and maybe endurance. Mainly looking into this for being able to train more with a higher intensity.
drug testing is not an issue at the moment, but will be in the future.
I am thinking of starting 2-4 years time. not looking to put on weight, simply improve performance.
I am 6" an weigh 155, have recently lost some muscle on purpose( about 10-15 lbs) because this was unneccesary weight. musclegrowth is no problem for me and i can easily get to where i should be for my swimming naturally(around 180lbs in 4 years) i am only looking to be able to train more without getting any injuries.
