Unfortunately suffer a genetic digestive disorder. I'll keep this short, my diet has to be 40-50 grams of fat a day. I'm aiming for 2000 calories to diet down.
I've been drinking 4 of these shakes a day,
1 cup oats + 1 banana + 30 grams whey
This is my total daily intake
Protein 152 grams, Carbs 272 grams, Fat 32 grams
2088 calories
Now is this an ok approach given that i have difficulty digesting food? I throw in a multi and fish oil throughout the day aswell.
