oxandralone and sprint speed

Hi I'm a university sprinter about to start my first cycle using oxandralone. I'm looking for muscle recovery and strength gains without getting much bigger (I'm 6'1" 195lbs)
Anyone have an opinion on whether I'm on the right track (20mg/day for 5 weeks). I'm also very concerned about NCAA testing - I've read that Oxandralone has a 3 week clearance but I've also heard that below about 25mg/day its difficult to detect - is that so?

Bro yes oxandrolone will increase sprint speed but moreover it will increase it so much more dramatically if used in conjunction with creatine because it enhances uptake many many times into the muscle cell allowing for more explosiveness in muscle output.

I'd go with 40mg personally a day for say 10 weeks.
 
I did sprint training on anavar, and really loved the stuff. It worked better than winstrol for explosive strength increases, and also doesn't cause excessive muscle pump in the legs. Wish I had the stuff back when I sprinted in college.

I'd go with at least 40mg a day. If you take the full dose in the AM you lessen any chance of natural test inhibition (read Bill Roberts' articles for more info). Also it will cut down on the insomnia factor (anavar makes it hard to sleep). I've heard that anavar might even be used closer in than 3 weeks.... regardless, 3 weeks is alot better than the new winstrol detection time which is over 6 weeks.
