i am not going to read all these post .. but isnt that a waste of like half that protein... your body cant not use that much in that short of time like more then 75 percent fo that has to be wasted .. what is the point
Nice!!!! I consistently hit 500 gm a day. 700+ grams a day is taking it to a whole new level. Are you taking any bromelean or probiotics to help with digestion? I pulled 500 for 5 from below the knees yesterday!!!!
Yep, both. Plenty of fiber too. Thanks for reminding me though...I need to get more bromelain (and I just missed the fucking 25% off sale!)! Oh, and I drank a little over 2 gallons of water yesterday too.
