been dealing with a lot of stomach issues ever since I’ve been increasing my protein
currently I’m doing 300 grams of protein a day and I’m eating a lot of steak and chicken
also getting in a bunch of protein powder
what are your recommendations for a better ways to get protein or supplements that can help digest protein better

get digestive enzymes daily and get some probiotics
 
you should definitely take some digestive enzymes those will help
 
300 gms? Since when? How much was the earlier quantity? You have to increase it slowly over a period of time and spread it throughout the day. You might also be experiencing constipation, so you need to increase your fiber and water intake. When you increase your fiber intake to match your protein intake, your calories might increase. So what is your goal? If it is going against your goal then please see a dietician.
