Ostarine or tb500 for healing a back injury

Hi everyone.

I've been lifting seriously for about 2 years now been workingout 6. I'm 21, 6ft 193, roughly 15%bf. My current goal is to cut or recomp but focus is fat loss. Here's the problem back in February I got a thoracic back strain at work. Went to their crappy doc who only gave me pain killers. I kept lifting but avoided anything that stressed my back aka deadlifts and in the end free weights. I used machines. Then no workingout to get healed. Now I've been back to lifting for about 6 weeks thought I was good. However I seemed to hurt my back my doing shoulder presses one day then hurt it further by deadlifts the next day. I want this injury gone permanently. I've been all natural to this point. So I'm wondering ostarine or tb 500. Ostarine is better priced but unknown long term side effects scares me. What do you think will work better? What dosage should I take? If I were to use Ostarine I would try to use it to turn my cut into a recomp in addition to healing. Is there anything else I should consider or should I just not use anything at all. And I am going to my personal Dr later next week. I want ask him about this stuff too. Thanks guys.

You could try them both. Ostarine is a fairly mild item,,shouldn't be much of a problem. For healing though and I had to pick one,,, I would go with the TB500
