Well its now my final year of college and I am gonna get fit if it kills me...I have been way way way overweight for so long I caught myself talking shit about myself. For those that can help or wish to atleast help me through this..Thanks..
The Story:
234 lbs
5 foot 9
Medium Large Build
Been Overweight for a long time
Tried almost everything and still can't lose weight
By the way I am a college student and therefore I can only eat what I get so I won't be eating perfect quantities and specific foods...Water,protein and good ole fashioned excercise are my weapons...
The plan is to eat reasonably and try to stay away from carbs and fats. Workout 5-6 days a week and try to do atleast 20 minutes of cardio excersice a day...Remember that I am way out of shape and hours of cardio aren't gonna keep me interested for long....
Day 1

Tryed to eat every 5-6 meals a day but definetly hard to do
Drank 1 gallon+ water
Worked out today chest
Did 15 minutes of cardio but could have gone more
Attended boring classes(I hate these)
Well I posted this in this thread so i can have something to look at everyday and keep me aware of what I am trying to accomplish here...It's not perfect and anything that can help is appreciated....Feel okay to raze me as it is a form of motivation to me...HAHA(Well some razing ateleast)
Oh yeah to tell you my troubles just look at my profile and you will notice that I am 210 or something of that nature and that was only a couple months ago so you can see my dilema....
