On the go, high protein, low/no carb foods

So I have work from 10-2 and class from 2-10 on Tuesday and Thursday for the next 6 weeks.

I have basically no free time and no lunch break etc. So my entire day is going to be based on meals that I pull out of my backpack.

So.. I need some variety other then Whey and water 5 times over. But I'm a culinary failure. I'm a college student who knows just about nothing about food and variety etc.

And to make things harder, I'm currently doing a 3 low/1 high carb cut. And will be for at least four more weeks.

So can anybody suggest me some foods to get me by?

Thanks!

Can you carry a cooler? how about tolerate cold food? I eat three cold meals a day because of work.

Chicken/Ground Sirloin/Sirloin Tip Roast/Tuna/Salmon

Green beans/cabbage/squash/zucchini/Broccoli

Walnuts/Almonds/Cashews/Pistachios/ANPB

Brown rice/Sweet potatoes

These are all staples for me regardless of dietary goals and I eat them all cold depending on the meal.

beef jerky but high sodium and fat
cheese

dried beef in your own dehydrator is the real way to go..

cured ham
processed meats, but i don't recommend it.. depends on if you are trying to achieve ketos
