Omega 3 whole eggs

Well I'm def sticking with these then. I def can taste a difference in them so they are well worth the money.

Steve is there a certain amount you eat of them a day. I stick between 6-10 whole eggs. Is that to much??? Just worried bout cholesterol levels.

it varies as to how much i eat, I do believe that if you get the omega cage free eggs they do not spike your bad cholesterol levels and I can confirm this as i eat a lot of them and my cholesterol levels are fine.

the danger is the way you eat them. if you fry them in vegetable oil or PAM or something then yeah they are gonna be bad for your heart. but if you cook them lightly in olive oil in a pan or you boil them i assure you they are perfectly healthy

no different then throwing a grassfed piece of meat on a bbq and burning it vs. baking it in the oven.. how you prepare food is just as important

I've had two doctors tell me eating the whole eggs and as many as 6-12 a day is fine

I tend to eat a ridiculous amount of eggs and my cholesterol hasn't budged

I remember seeing a site where they listed all the local cage-free farms where you can get a dozen for like $3. I will try to find it and post it here.

Thanks steve appreciate the helpful input. I'm only eating them as hard boiled eggs. I love them like that. Quick simple and easy to prepare ahead of time before I go to bed. Averaging around 6-10 a day an it's helped out extremely well with my cutting. It's only 10 dollars a week for my serving of eggs. You can't tell me that's not worth it!!!!

where the hell do you shop? tell me the name of the place and the city so i can call them up and confirm this cause its the most silliest thing i've ever heard. you are telling me cage free eggs cost more than twice as much?

you can buy omega cage free eggs at like 5 different places where i live and they cost 2.79 for a dozen. regular eggs cost 1.99 and i've even seen them go for 2.49.. so the difference is pocket change. hell even whole foods which is expensive as fuck sells them for under 3 bucks a dozen.. so no idea where you came up with $6 lol.

even walmart sells cage free eggs now. find a new place to shop. or find a local farmer who sells them.

it boggles the mind how people waste money on stupid shit and they won't spend an extra 80 cents on a simple improvement to their diet. either you are gonna get serious about this shit or you will continue struggling

i live in canada, BC.. I shop at superstore, its a canadian store, this is actually the cheapest place to buy meat eggs, whatever.. its like walmart but more whole foods, less clothing..

6$ are just the free range omega-3 eggs, the Organic free range omega-3 eggs are 6.50 for a dozen, its retarded expensive, Not to mention the organic free range are only large, the normal ones are extra large at 2.99.. Those are just the eggs.. The fresh chicken breast are 12$ for 2lb, the frozen one are 22$ for 5lb, so i just buy the frozen ones..
All the healthy whole foods are very expnsive here in B.C..
