so 1 straight week of intense workouts ED. definately FEELING growth on my body. my biceps when i move my arms are poking my forearms and my chest and shoulders stay hard throughout the day. when i look in the mirror i see hardness.
still sleeping great. but also getting more and more thirsty and getting HOT at night.. gonna try and reducing my A/C temp and see if that helps.
i've developed a knot in my back.. so i gotta call up my massage therapist and get that worked out or visit the acupuncturist .. dont plan on stopping ED workouts. today will be leg day
strength, vascularity, hardness. dont care about the bf%.. i was an endurance runner for 2 years and my body fat was 6-7%, so if i wanted to drop my bf i would do it very quickly.
i'll put it this way. my gf is deployed in the military, and she comes back in a month.. so i want to knock her socks off literally when she gets back.
today i started noticing that my muscles are incredibly tight. like you know how you flex and your muscles pop out? well today i do not need to flex. my muscles are popping out on their own.. and my skin feels like it wants to stretch out. 5 weeks to go. its gonna be fun
