Personally I take in about 20-40 grams per day, 3 days straight, followed by a day of carb loading in which I eat around 600-800 grams. That is an average of around 200 grams a day, I just believe it more beneficial to eat them at one time, if one wished to create an optimal anabolic environment. However, many classify my diet as low carb.
