Ok am new to this, but I want to get started on more fat loss and muscle gains!

I have never dome this before, but want to gain an adfitional 10% more muscle and lose a not more fat! Currently am 55, 5'11", 194, about 20% body fat or less, looking to add about another 20/30 Pounds of muscle and get body fat to 10% or less! What is the least likely to shrink your nuts and still give decent gains even if it means working harder on MY part? Not looking to be Arnold Schwartzenegger, just a more solid maintainable version of me! Any takes on where to start with advice?
 
I'd suggest working out your diet first. Get your body fat down before touching steroids. In the mean time, research as much as you can.
 
How old are you and how long have you been working out?
You cant go wrong with the advice above but how about a few more details about yourself as well?
 
You got to build a good foundation before doing anything else, the two top priorities is diet and Training. followed by rest (this is when you grow).

Well am about 20% body fat or less. Looking to build more muscle and not wanting to get huge, but just an Edge! Am 55, 5'11", 194. I have lost Much weight already and am at the point where I would like to Exchange MY last level of fat for muscle and not drop too much more weight!
 
Diet I pretty much have under control. MY appetite has changed a lot since I lost weight and MY Cravings for sweets and other junk has pretty much vanished! Getting into a training schedule with appropriate rest times is where I Also need some help. Developing a workout routine to build Like I want to Look with rest times to grow? Well that is where I would like to hear from those with experience! Dorin.
