I have never dome this before, but want to gain an adfitional 10% more muscle and lose a not more fat! Currently am 55, 5'11", 194, about 20% body fat or less, looking to add about another 20/30 Pounds of muscle and get body fat to 10% or less! What is the least likely to shrink your nuts and still give decent gains even if it means working harder on MY part? Not looking to be Arnold Schwartzenegger, just a more solid maintainable version of me! Any takes on where to start with advice?
