OHP Hand Position for Max power?

I think its best to try out different hand positions and decide for yourself. Of course, thats also the easy, standard answer, but its true.

I think that with the jerk...a lot of it for me is having the tricep strength to lock it out...

Well it makes the ROM longer and it feels better for me.
I actually feel it it pretty balanced in my delts, triceps and pecs. I don't keep my elbows tucked in, about 40-45 degrees. Like doing a pushup. I just use it as a general strength and CNS move.
Does help my overhead lockout and support strength.

I don't press much in my jerks, mostly leg drive.
